We offer high quality fixtures, fittings and furnishings as part our of turnkey operations and since 1976 we have designed, made, supplied and installed them for international clients for a range of properties:

  •  residential complexes: including beachside apartment/villa developments, affordable housing and student accommodation
  •  parliament halls, embassies and other governmental buildings

  •  department stores, commercial properties, shopping centres and office buildings
Aside from  windows, doors and flooring, we also make bespoke kitchens, bathroom and living spaces, incorporating your choice of high quality materials such as polished metals, wood, stone, porcelain and glass.
 
Šipad’s origins in forestry, the wood industry and wooden products began in 1892 and since then it has been producing bespoke wooden furniture from quality oak, ash, pine, beech and other hard and soft woods. All our wood complies with EU regulations and carries the FSC Chain of Custody standards for responsible forestry, enabling it to be traced back to its sustainable source.
 
Furthermore, we install electrical, security and fire precautions and low-maintenance garden landscaping. As part of the design process, we can also use interior projections to visualise layout and functioning of lighting and electronic connectivity systems.
