Building Methods
Our construction methods are simple, fast and economical and are able to accommodate standard and luxurious finishes, according to the client’s specifications and budget. They are approved and in compliance with European Union and UK standards and procedures and use a high quality, niche market process designed to reduce construction time by up to 50%, while maintaining the required high standards of construction.

For the delivery of our projects we have partnered with the following internationally-renowned organisations:

This enables us to provide a fully comprehensive service, from design engineering by Buro Happold and the laying of the foundations by Kier, to quantity surveying and project management by RLB and valuable legal advice and support by Taylor Wessing.

Our select range of building methods have different characteristics, each with their own unique advantages. We can suggest the appropriate method to best suit your requirements.

The production is based on construction using high-quality industrially produced panels produced by several manufacturing plants in Europe. However, all of our building methods have the following heightened performance in comparison to traditional construction systems:

Design advantages:
  • Freedom of design and plasticity
  • Good quality control
  • Technically-driven, reducing the possibility of human error
Construction site advantages:
  • Consolidated building processes enable a rapid and economical installation process (through a reduction in the number of on-site operations, such as formwork and shuttering, productivity is increased and construction time is shortened).
  • No need for heavy machinery onsite for a long period of time
  • Rapid structural enclosure allows earlier access of finishing trades and minimises the influence of bad weather conditions
  • Achievement of high precision
  • Reduction of high-energy consumption on-site
Functional advantages:
  • High capability of structural use of load-bearing panels
  • High durability, requiring little or no maintenance
  • High energy efficiency
  • Low pollution properties (environmentally friendly housing)
Economic advantages:
  • Lower costs of production and construction
  • Lower transport costs
  • Speedy construction
which in turn, reduces the total cost of build.
